1. The components of CNC lathe

1. The main engine is the main body of the CNC machine tool, including machine tools, columns, spindles, feed mechanisms and other mechanical components. It is a mechanical part used to complete various cutting processes.

2. The numerical control device is the core of the numerical control lathe, including hardware (printed circuit board, CRT display, key box, tape reader, etc.) Data transformation, interpolation operation and realization of various control functions.

3. The driving device is the driving part of the CNC lathe actuator, including the spindle drive unit, feed unit, spindle motor and feed motor. The spindle and feed drive are realized by electric or electro-hydraulic servo system under the control of the numerical control device. When several feeds are linked, the processing of positioning, straight lines, plane curves and space curves can be completed.

4. Auxiliary devices, some necessary supporting parts of the index control lathe, are used to ensure the operation of the CNC lathe, such as cooling, chip removal, lubrication, lighting, monitoring, etc. It includes hydraulic and pneumatic devices, chip removal devices, exchange tables, CNC turntables and CNC dividing heads, as well as tools and monitoring and testing devices.

5. Programming and other auxiliary equipment can be used for programming and storage of parts.

Second, the installation method of CNC lathe

1. Lifting and transportation

The lifting and positioning of the CNC lathe should use the special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer, and other methods are not allowed. No special lifting tools are required, and the steel wire rope should be used to lift and place according to the position specified in the manual.

2. Foundation and location

The CNC lathe should be installed on a solid foundation, and the location should be far away from the source of the earthquake; avoid sunlight and heat radiation; place it in a dry place to avoid the influence of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti-vibration ditch must be set around the foundation.

3. Installation of CNC lathe

When the CNC lathe is placed on the foundation, it should be leveled in a free state, and then the anchor bolts should be evenly locked. For ordinary machine tools, the level reading should not exceed 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision machine tools, the level should not exceed 0.02/1000mm.

When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measuring tool needs to be used after a period of constant temperature. When installing CNC lathes, try to avoid installation methods that cause forced deformation of CNC lathes.

When installing the CNC lathe, some parts of the machine tool should not be removed casually. The disassembly of the parts may cause the redistribution of the internal stress of the CNC lathe, thereby affecting the accuracy of the CNC lathe.
